Refund Policy

We value your business and work hard to ensure every product we create meets the highest standards. Because most of our products are custom-printed and made-to-order, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please take a moment to read our terms below before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are considered final once payment is received. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom apparel

  • Printed banners, decals, and stickers

  • Embroidered or DTF items

  • Any order involving personalization, special sizes, or artwork

Once materials are ordered or production begins, costs are incurred and cannot be recovered. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns on completed or in-progress items

Exception Policy

Refunds may be granted only under the following rare circumstance:

  • The customer cancels an order before any materials have been purchased and no production work has begun.

If you believe your order may qualify under this exception, please contact us immediately at the number or email listed below. Any refund request must be reviewed and approved by management.

Order Approval & Proofing

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review digital proofs, invoices, and project details before final approval. Once an order is confirmed, any revisions or cancellations are subject to additional charges or may not be possible, depending on the project stage. (If you customers are ordering direct from site with a digital upload; the CUSTOMER is responsible for quality of the image/design, the clarity and resolution and understanding the size depicted. Additionally the CUSTOMER must understand the contrast of the design color atop the selected material and is final upon submission. i.e. White lettering atop a white material may not result in ideal outcomes)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a production error or is visibly damaged due to our process, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your items. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or credit where appropriate. This applies only to verified production errors and not user-submitted design issues or incorrect details approved at the time of ordering.
